One credit is one minute of HQ transcription. Every paid job draws on the same balance, so you never pay for a feature you don't use.

Billing questions
Short answers about credits, renewals and refunds.
What is a credit?
One credit is one minute of HQ transcription. Other jobs cost what the rate card above shows, minutes round up per file, and every paid job draws on the same balance. The browser tools never use credits.
Do unused plan credits roll over?
No. Plan credits are valid for the billing month they arrive in and expire when it ends. Pack credits never expire. When you have both, plan credits are spent first.
How do yearly plans deliver credits?
Monthly. You pay once a year, and your credits arrive at the start of each billing month: 60 a month on Pro, 200 on Premium. The first month's credits arrive right after payment, and each month's credits expire when that month ends.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time in Settings > Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and a yearly plan keeps delivering its monthly credits until then. After that nothing renews and no more credits arrive; credits you already have stay usable until they expire, and pack credits stay for good.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable, with three exceptions: a billing error such as a duplicate or wrong charge, an outage on our side lasting 72 hours or more, and any refund right the law where you live gives you. Contact us and we will put it right. The details are in the Terms of Service.
What happens if a job fails?
You get the credits back automatically. If an HQ transcription, a stem split, a scan or a YouTube link fails, its credits return to your balance with nothing to ask for.
How do I pay?
Payments go through Stripe, so your card details never reach our servers. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may convert them to your currency.
Can I switch between Pro and Premium?
Yes. Cancel your current plan in Settings > Billing, then choose the other one here. Credit packs can be added on top of any plan at any time.
Do I need to pay to use the converter?
No. Every browser tool works for free without an account. A free account adds full-length .mid exports, 3 a day, and keeps your results for 7 days. Credits only pay for the jobs that run on our servers.
