• Cloudflare: hosting, database, and file storage.
• Stripe: payments.
• Kie.ai: HQ transcription, stem separation, and guitar tabs, using Suno models.
• Flat (Tutteo): score scanning.
• Apify: fetching the audio of a YouTube link you submit.
• Google: sign-in, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Resend: account emails, such as email verification and password resets.

Your Files and Data Retention

• Free browser tools: Fast audio to MIDI conversion, the MIDI tools, the key, BPM, and chord tools, the tuner, the metronome, the transposer, the key and BPM changers, and tab previews run in your browser. Files you open in them are not uploaded to us.
• HQ transcription, stems, and guitar tabs: Your file is uploaded to our storage so that Kie.ai can process it, and it is deleted from our storage after processing. Kie.ai keeps the files it generates for up to 14 days.
• Score scanning: Your files are sent to Flat for the scan and are not stored on our servers. The Flat job, with its files and results, is deleted once we have fetched the results.
• YouTube links: The audio is fetched through Apify and stays available to you for 6 hours so you can convert it in your browser. We never offer the audio as a download.
• Saved results: Results you save to My files, and the results of paid jobs, are kept for 7 days on a free account, 30 days on Pro or with credit pack credits, and 90 days on Premium, then deleted. Without an account, results stay on your device.
• Training: We do not use your files to train AI models.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can update your profile information in your account settings, and you may submit any other request, including access, export, or deletion, by contacting us at the email address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
